RJD Archers takes the safety and well-being of all juniors (under 18) and vulnerable adults extremely seriously. We adhere strictly to Archery GB safeguarding policies. Our club features a designated Child Protection Officer on the executive committee, and all coaches and regular staff are DBS checked.

Data Protection & GDPR
In compliance with GDPR guidelines, member details (such as DOB and Archery GB numbers) are stored securely and automatically scheduled for complete data removal 24 months after a member leaves the club. Photo consent is strictly managed on an individual opt-in basis.
